How to reach Linguaglossa and Piano Provenzana, Motorway A18 CT-ME, Exit:  Fiumefreddo; State Road 120: Piedimonte Etneo, Linguaglossa. 

Daily excursion Spring summer autumn 
With 4wd vehicles drive up to 3000 mts height, first stop at 2.400 metres to visit the extinct craters of 1809. Continue to 3.000 metres with a stop at the observatory and walk up to the main crater .
